A two day training program on Transformation using Value Stream Mapping. The workshop makes the participant capable of diagnosing a plant’s  current state and  to design and deploy the future state using VSM.

Participants will first select Value Streams to be mapped and draw the Current State Value Stream Map to  analyze the current state.  The participants will then develop the Future State with the help of a Lean Instructor and coach.

The program also covers an oversight into various tools  and techniques used to convert the current state to the future state.
