Effective Teams
Putting a bunch of people together and calling it a team no matter how individually talented each one is does not make it an effective team unless there is cohesiveness as a unified entity.
Effectiveness of a team is enhanced by the commitment to reflect and evaluate continually as well as understand their development as a team. This course brings to focus on the skills to develop, maintain teams. It aims to help recognize the development of the team in each of the stages, gain strategies to effective team meetings and develop team problem solving and facilitation skills. The course also focuses on the techniques to foster teamwork and create a supportive team culture.
