The Lean Six Sigma Black Belt courses help develop leaders to  handle complex projects  across functions and business verticals

Candidates will learn to lead change initiatives and work on projects across functional and business verticals

The Candidates will  be able to apply the 5 step DMAIC methodology  to solve problems and accomplish project goals .

Candidates will learn to use  lean tools such as 5S, Visual  Management, JIT concepts, Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping and Kanban.Also  to conduct hypothesis tests and use of comparative methods tools like t-tests , Anova, Multiple Regression, DOE, EVOP , Response Surface Methods

BB certification requires successful completion of the program, passing the exam and  successful implementation of a lean six sigma project. •
