This One day  workshop is for  organizations and people interested in learning applying the basic lean tools.

The program  is highly interactive and  involves group exercises , case studies, simulation games and videos.

On completion of this training the participants will be able to apply 5S  and Visual  work place techniques at work .

The participants will also learn about the basics of  Lean  how to run Kaizen Events and apply techniques such Standard Work, 7 Wastes Reduction and Poke Yoke
