Beyond Z supports implementation of Kaizen Events in client organizations beginning with design of the program, training participants , planning and execution.

A Kaizen Event is a 5 day event, beginning with “Setting the Scene on Day 1” to “Report and Analyze “ results on day 5

Kaizen Events are  rolled out against an annual plan, with selected projects deployed every month.

The projects may be identified based on  gaps to achieve the future state facility value stream map or by analysis of data provided by the management
