New layouts will be prepared using the segmented data

Constraints in OEE and other road blocks will be taken up as improvement projects using  Kaizen or other initiatives

The project will lead to setting up a lean factory with improved capability and enhanced  capacity.  It will also  generate more free space to add new projects
